Sonic has launched a new Bluetooth headset, the sonicBLU, that is targeted towards mobile users wearing the company’s hearing aids.

The new device hooks up to the hearing aid to allow for handsfree calling.  The headset takes an hour to an hour and a half for a full charge but its Li-ion battery will provide up to 4 hours of talk time or 2.9 days of standby.  Weighing 10g, the headset streams audio from the phone directly to the user’s Sonic hearing instrument.
