Plantronics has announced a new gaming headset, the GameCom 777. The new headset sports Dolby ProLogic II technology to boost sound quality and offers a plug-and-play USB sound card and extended noise cancelling boom microphone.
Designed for hard core gamers, the open ear designed 777’s are quite large and obtrusive in size but hell who cares when you are sitting at home in your wife beater playing games til the wee hours of the night.
Other features include 5.1 Dolby technology offering 5 channel experience and headset is set to work with Skype, Windows Live, and Yahoo Messenger for VoIP calls. The 777’s are set to take off in September for US$99.
